JUICE #1 – Apple Ginger Mint
*makes 5-6 servings
Ingredients
- 10 apples
- ginger
- mint leaves
Put all ingredients in a juicer. Enjoy!
*For this juice, the amount of ginger and mint you put in is up to you. I put in about 10 mint leaves, and a lot of ginger because I love ginger. Since the mint is pretty small, it’s hard to juice, so I just broke up the leaves and put them in the juice so they floated to the bottom.
JUICE #2 – Beet Carrot Orange
Ingredients
- 3 beets
- 6 carrots
- 3 oranges
Put all ingredients in a juicer. Enjoy!
*This juice is my favorite of these three recipes. I don’t like beets on their own, but the orange juice gives it the perfect sweetness and flavor. If you want, you could also add ginger to this juice. Definitely try this o
JUICE #3 – Green Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1.5 cucumbers
- 3 green apples
- 3 cups spinach
Put all ingredients in a juicer. Enjoy!
If you like green juices, then this one is for you. This juice is super healthy and is filled with delicious ingredients. I added some extra apple and cucumber to the recipe, because it tasted too spinachy at first. The extra apple made the juice pretty sour, but I liked it anyways. If you aren’t in to most green juices and their taste, I wouldn’t recommend this, but if you are definitely give it a try! I’d say it’s pretty good.
I made these juices for my family and I, but if you are just making it for yourself or a couple of people, I suggest you half the recipe. Since these juices are all fresh, they don’t stay good very long (3-4 days), so only make as much as you will drink! I first tried the beet carrot orange juice at a restaurant in Malibu called Malibu Farm, and after having it, I wanted to get a juicer and make my own. For our birthday a little while later my sister and I got a juicer and now we can make our own!
If you try any of these let me know how you liked them!
🙂 Angel
